www.xe.com is an easy to use website for online currency conversions so you can get an idea of the cost in your currency before placing your order.
How to Order
To order, simply browse the online shop and add a product to your shopping basket by clicking the ‘add to basket’ button.
You can view your shopping basket at any time and remove items if you wish.
If you have a coupon code enter it in the space provided.
Proceed towards the checkout when you are ready by clicking 'confirm order' in the shopping basket. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Please carefully check your order before making the payment to avoid difficulties removing and refunding items once the order has been placed.
You can also add items to your wish list to save time looking for them later.

All orders are charged at the time the order is placed.
We have no minimum order value.
Despatch Times
We aim to despatch orders placed online within 2 working days. We hold no responsibility for any delays with delivery due to Royal Mail. Once goods have been despatched, delivery time is out of our control.
Orders received after 3pm (UK) are deemed to have been received by us on the following morning. Orders received after 3pm on Friday are deemed to have been received by us on the following Monday morning. If there will be an unusually long delay in despatching your order, we will email you and advise you of the expected despatch date.
Please note, no orders are processed at weekends or public holidays.
We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if the recipient is unavailable at the attempted time of delivery or if the supplied delivery address is incorrect. If the supplied address is incorrect or if for any other reason the goods are returned to Elzybells Art Stamps, then we reserve the right to make an additional shipping charge should the customer wish to re-ship the order.
Any customs or import duties levied once a package has reached it's destination country will be the customer's responsibility as we have no control over these charges nor can we predict them.
We try our best to ensure the packaging we use protects your goods and we always send goods in pristine condition. We cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. In such instance it is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening in case a claim needs to be made with Royal Mail.
Goods are packaged in padded jiffy envelopes or boxes with protective bubble wrap / paper filler.
We support recycling and may re-use packaging from our suppliers. Please recycle your packaging where possible.
Acceptance of your Order
Elzybells Art Stamps Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order submitted. Orders submitted online will be cancelled and refunded. Orders submitted by post will be returned to the customer unful-filled.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
Refund Policy
Refunds or exchanges are only given in the event of receiving faulty items. In such instance, you must email or write to us within 10 calendar days of receiving the faulty item(s). DO NOT RETURN GOODS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.
We will refund the normal 2nd class cost of returning your goods. Postage will not be refunded on goods returned without prior notification.
Any shortages/discrepancies must be advised within 10 calendar days of receipt of your order.
When returning goods, it is your responsibility to ensure they are packed so as to avoid damage in the post.
We have rubber stamp care guidelines which if followed will keep your stamps in excellent condition. We reserve the right not to refund stamps which have been stored or treated in a way that is not advised within these guidelines.
Refunds for returned items will be made through Protx to the account through which the purchase was made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
We cannot guarantee the suitability of any of our products for a specific purpose therefore customers are advised to make their own tests before making any large orders. We cannot exchange or refund any money on items that have been used.
Privacy Notice
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). The information that we ask you to provide when you order is used to be able to send your order to you and/or to contact you if we have a query with your order. We do not pass your details to anyone else. Cookies are used to enable you to take your shopping basket with you from page to page and when you add items to the wishlist.
Credit Card Security
All online credit card numbers are processed on secure computers by PROTX and Streamline. We do not store your card details, in fact we never see your credit card details on our site. For more information please see these links:
